Had an issue with a key, but they immediately refunded me and sent a coupon. Great customer service! Also a cool kiosk experience.

Key copy was perfect, fairly quick but expensive at $8.60ish.

While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Key copying is good but $7.99 plus tax for one key. Come on!

Roommate told me how convenient it was to duplicate keys via a kiosk style machine. I was skeptical. Glad I was wrong since I was able to easily duplicate a set of house keys without any trouble and for a relatively cheap price.

I was worried that it wouldn’t work and terrified of the challenge of getting a refund from a machine. No need to worry, it was perfect!!!!! Thank you so much!

Responded quickly. Showed up in 20 mins and replaced the lock in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend Alex!

Works for VERY specific types of keys. Be very careful with this machine and which keys you try to copy. Do a few google searches to make sure it will copy your specific key type.
